Al Habtoor Polo Resort has announced the promotion of Osama Esmat from Director of Front Office to Director of Rooms, effective April 1.

One of the most recognisable figures at the resort, Esmat has instilled the property with his boundless energy since 2018 and this promotion recognises the immense contributions he has made to date, the resort said.

Having initially started his journey with Al Habtoor Polo Resort as the Front Office Manager, his skills and exceptional ability were quickly recognised, leading to his promotion to Director of Front Office in 2021.

Esmat's latest promotion to Director of Rooms further showcases his leadership and dedication to maintaining the welcoming and engaging atmosphere that sets Al Habtoor Polo Resort apart, a statement said.

Amongst his varied skillset, he has been instrumental in building an unrivalled team, organising teambuilding sessions, and providing ongoing training in guest relations.

A seasoned hospitality professional with over two decades of experience, Esmat has been an integral part of the Al Habtoor Polo Resort family over the last few years.

His journey in the industry began with various roles in Egypt and Dubai.
